San Luis and Chivas of Guadalajara, the two Mexican clubs who had advanced to the knockout stage of the Copa Libertadores, have pulled out of the tournament, resulting from fears over Swine Flu.
Their respective opponents, Nacional (Uruguay) and Sao Paolo, have automatically advanced to the quarterfinal round.
