UNAM Pumas took the opening match 1-0 at home Thursday night of the Mexican Premier Division's Clausura Liguilla final against Pachuca. Dante Lopez provided the game's only goal at 21 minutes. The second and final game of this two-match series will take place on Sunday at Pachuca.
