At London:
After a second 1-1 regulation draw (which leveled the series at 2-2 on aggregate), followed by 30 scoreless overtime minutes, Ross Barkley, Jorge Luiz Frello Filho, David Luiz, and Eden Hazard converted their spot kicks as Chelsea defeated visiting Eintracht Frankfurt 4-3 in the penalty-kick shootout.
Chelsea will take on Arsenal at Olympic Stadium in Baku, Azerbaijan, in the May 29 Europa League final.
