AFC Champions League
Seven games were contested in the AFC Champions League's group stage on Tuesday.
GROUP A:
At Dubai, United Arab Emirates:
Alaa Abbas (22', 45'+1) and Ahmad Fadel (39', 51') each scored twice as Al-Zawraa demolished Al-Wasl 5-1 on the road in the tournament finale for both clubs.
GROUP B:
At Tashkent, Uzbekistan:
Tima Abdukholiqov scored twice (47', 61') as Lokomotiv Tashkent defeated visiting Al-Rayyan 3-2 in the tournament finale for both squads.
At Jeddah, Saudi Arabia:
In a battle of two knockout-stage-bound clubs, Mohammed Al Menhali's equalizer in the 71st minute lifted Al-Wahda to a 1-1 road draw with Al-Ittihad and the Group B title.
Romario Ricardo da Silva (a.k.a. Romarinho) scored for the hosts in the 68th minute.
Final Group B Standings:
1. Al-Wahda (GP: 6; GD: +5; PTS: 13)
2. Al-Ittihad (GP: 6; GD: +4; PTS: 11)
3. Lokomotiv Tashkent (GP: 6; GD: -1; PTS: 7)

Al-Wahda and Al-Ittihad advanced to the knockout stage.
GROUP G:
At Saitama, Japan:
Kazuki Nagasawa (34'), Yuki Muto (41'), and Shinzo Koroki (81') each scored once as Urawa Red Diamonds dominated visiting Beijing FC 3-0 to lock up a berth in the knockout stage.
At Jeonju, South Korea:
Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors battled visiting Buriram United to a 0-0 stalemate to lock up top spot in Group G.

1. Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors (GP: 6; GD: +4; PTS: 13)
2. Uruwa Red Diamonds (GP: 6; GD: +5; PTS: 10)
3. Beijing FC (GP: 6; GD: -2; PTS: 7)
4. Buriram United (GP: 6; GD: -7; PTS: 4)
Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors and Urawa Red Diamonds advanced to the knockout stage.
GROUP H:
At Sydney, Australia:
Yasuto Wakizaka scored twice (9', 20') as Kawasaki Frontale demolished Sydney FC 4-0 on the road in what turned out to be the tournament finale for both clubs.
At Shanghai, China:
Oscar produced a hat trick (7', 42', 76') as Shanghai SIPG destroyed visiting Ulsan Hyundai 5-0 to lock up a berth in the knockout stage (knocking out Kawasaki Frontale in the process). The South Korean club had already locked up top spot in Group H.

1. Ulsan Hyundai (GP: 6; GD: -2; PTS: 11)
2. Shanghai SIPG (GP: 6; GD: +5; PTS: 9)
3. Kawasaki Frontale (GP: 6; GD: +3; PTS: 8)

Ulsan Hyundai and Shanghai SIPG advanced to the knockout stage.
