MLS: Red Bulls, Dynamo, Reds, NYC FC, Philly, Timbers, DCU, Quakes Gain Saturday Wins

Ten games were contested on Saturday in Major League Soccer.

At Harrison, New Jersey:

Derrick Etienne, Jr. scored the game winner in the 67th minute as the New York Red Bulls came from behind to knock off the visiting Los Angeles Galaxy 3-2.

At Houston:

Mauro Manotas scored twice (PK-20, 58') as the Houston Dynamo held off visiting FC Dallas 2-1.

At Orlando, Florida:

Jonathan Osorio (65') and Jay Chapman (77') each scored once as Toronto FC blanked Orlando City 2-0 on the road.

At Montreal:

Maxi Moralez (6') and Ismael Tajouri-Shardi (49') delivered the goals as New York City blanked the home-standing Montreal Impact 2-0.

At Chester, Pennsylvania:

Sergio Santos scored twice (69', 74') as the Philadelphia Union destroyed the visiting New England Revolution 6-1.

At Washington:

Wayne Rooney scored what proved to be the winning goal (PK-45'+4) as DC United held off the visiting Columbus Crew 3-1.

At St. Paul, Minnesota:

Cristian Roldan's equalizer in the 42nd minute lifted the Seattle Sounders to a 1-1 road draw with Minnesota United.

Ike Opara scored for the Loons in the 26th minute.

At Sandy, Utah:

Sebastian Blanco (34') and Diego Valeri (68') each scored once as the Portland Timbers knocked off Real Salt Lake 2-1 on the road for their third successive victory.

At San Jose, California:

Nick Lima scored the only goal of the match in the 22nd minute as the San Jose Earthquakes handed visiting FC Cincinnati their fifth straight defeat 1-0.

At Los Angeles:

The Los Angeles Football Club and the visiting Chicago Fire battled to a 0-0 stalemate.
