Banana Yaya (66') and Stephane Bahoken (69') each scored once as Cameroon blanked Guinea-Bissau 2-0.

At Ismailia:

Mickael Pole scored twice (2', 63') as Benin gained a draw with Ghana.

Andre Ayew (9') and Jordan Ayew (42') each scored once for the Black Stars.
