Brando Vazquez scored twice (5', 65') as Atlanta United held off the Columbus Crew 3-2 on the road as the match was delayed for 48 minutes due to severe weather.
At Houston:
Darwin Quintero scored twice (66', 82') and Mason Toye once (89') as Minnesota United erased a two-goal deficit and knocked off the defending tournament champions Houston Dynamo 3-2 on the road.
