African Nations Cup: Monday Wins For Ivory Coast, Mali; Tunisia And Angola Draw

The African Nations Cup continued on Monday in Egypt with three group-stage games.

GROUP D:

At Cairo:

Jonathan Kodjia came through for Ivory Coast as his 64th-minute goal lifted the Elephants to a 1-0 victory over South Africa.

At Suez:

Djalma's equalizer in the 73rd minute lifted Angola to a 1-1 draw with Tunisia.

Youssef Msakni converted a penalty kick in the 34th minute for the Eagles of Carthage. 

At Suez:

Abdoulay Diaby (37'), Moussa Marega (PK-45'), Adama Traore II (55'), and Adama Traore I (73') each scored once as Mali dominated Mauritania 4-1.
