CONCACAF League: Plaza Amador, Olimpia Advance To Semifinals

The quarterfinal round of the CONCACAF League concluded on Thursday with two games.  

At Panama City, Panama:

Jose Murillo (1') and Ernesto Sinclair (55') each scored once as Plaza Amador defeated visiting Walter Ferretti 2-1 in game two and took out the Nicaraguan club by that same score on aggregate.

At Tegucigalpa, Honduras:

Carlo Costly scored twice (55', 90'+5) and Roger Rojas once (2') as CD Olimpia overturned their series-opening road defeat with a 3-1 game-two home win over Alianza and won their series 3-2 on aggregate.

Arabe Unido (Panama) vs. Santos de Guapiles (Costa Rica)

Plaza Amador (Panama) vs. CD Olimpia (Honduras)
