Europa League Qualifying: Rangers, Hibs, Copenhagen, Burnley Advance

The second round of Europa League qualifying concluded on Thursday with 44-----count 'em-----44 games.

CHAMPIONS PATH:

At Gibraltar:

Dean Ebbe's goal in the 82nd minute lifted The New Saints to a 1-1 game-two road draw with Lincoln Red Imps as the Welsh club won their series 3-2 on aggregate.

At Toftir, Faroe Islands:

Milos Lacny (11'), Mamuka Kobakhidze (24'), Oleksandr Azatsky (58'), and Tornike Kapanadze (81') each scored once as Torpedo Kutaisi demolished Vikingur Gota 4-0 on the road in game-two and completed their two-match domination of the Faroese club 4-0 on the road.

At Ta' Qali, Malta:

Milos Filipovic scored the winning goal in the 67th minute as Zrinjski Mostar knocked off Valletta 2-1 on the road and won their series with the Maltese club 3-2 on aggregate.

At Reykjavik, Iceland:

Sigurdur Egill Larusson (53'), Bjarni Eiriksson (63'), and Andri Adolphsson (90'+4) each scored once in the second half as Valur overturned their series-opening road defeat in Andorra with a 3-0 game-two home domination of FC Santa Coloma and won their series 3-1 on aggregate.

At Yerevan, Armenia:

A game-two 0-0 home decision against Sutjeska Niksic of Montenegro enabled Alashkert to win their series 1-0 on aggregate.

At Mitrovica, Kosovo:

Patrick Stumpf's equalizer in the 46th minute lifted F91 Dudelange to a 1-1 game-two road draw with Drita and a 3-2 aggregate victory.

At Forli, Italy:

Ariagner Smith scored twice (26', 65') as Spartaks Jurmala dominated San Marino's La Fiorita 3-0 on the road in game two and handily won their series 9-0 on aggregate.

At Tallinn, Estonia:

Despite dropping a 2-0 game-two road decision to FC Flora Tallinn, APOEL FC still won their series 5-2 on aggregate.

At Belfast, Northern Ireland:

Nik Kapun scored in the 15th minute for Olimpija Ljubljana as the Slovenian club gained a 1-1 game-two road draw with Crusaders and dispatched their Northern Irish hosts 6-2 on aggregate.

At Lac, Albania:

Fredrik Aursnes (PK-41') and Petter Strand (45') each scored a first-half goal as Molde FK blanked Laci 2-0 on the road in game two and ousted the Albanian club 5-0 on aggregate.

At Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina:

Musa Borrow delivered a hat trick (51', 70', 86') while Alejandro Gomez added a double (14', 28') as Atalanta annihilated FK Sarajevo 8-0 on the road in game two and won their series 10-2 on aggregate.

At Bratislava, Slovakia:

Andra Sporar scored twice (70', 71') as Slovan Bratislava defeated visiting Balzan 3-1 in game two and won their series with the Maltese club 4-3 on aggregate.

At Stockholm, Sweden:

Andreas Olsen scored the only goal of the match in the 29th minute as FC Nordsjaelland registered a second 1-0 win over AIK Solna, this time on the road, and won their series 2-0 on aggregate.

At Bucharest, Romania:

Florin Tanase (PK-23'), Olimpiu Morutan (49'), Florinel Coman (68'), and Daniel Benzar (90'+3) each scored once as Steaua Bucharest demolished visiting Rudar Velenje 4-0 in game two and won their series 6-0 on aggregate.

At Maria Enzersdorf, Austria:

Cyle Larin (remember him, Orlando City fans?) delivered a hat trick (31', 61', 79') as Besiktas nuked visiting B36 Torshavn 6-0 in game two and completed their two-match domination 8-0 on aggregate.

At Minsk, Belarus:

With Uro Nikolic scored twice (19', 58'), Dinamo Minsk defeated visiting DAC Dunajska Streda 4-1 in game two and completed their two-game beat-down of the Slovakian club 7-2 on aggregate.

At Bordeaux, France:

Francois Kamano (9') and Jules Kounde (48') each scored a goal as Bordeaux defeated visiting Ventspils 2-1 in game two and knocked out the Latvian club 3-1 on aggregate.

At Nicosia, Cyprus:

Fotios Papoulis delivered a hat trick (2', PK-57', 90') as Apollon Limassol defeated visiting Zeljeznicar 3-1 in game two and eliminated the Bosnian club 5-2 on aggregate.

At Arnhem, Netherlands:

Tim Matavz (23'), Brian Linssen (48'), and Roy Beerens (77') each scored once as Vitesse Arnhem defeated visiting Viitorul 3-1 in game two and ousted the Romanian club 5-3 on aggregate.

At Sarpsborg, Norway:

Patrick Mortensen scored the series winner in the 31st minute as Sarpsborg 08 defeated visiting St. Gallen 1-0 and advanced (with the aggregate score at 2-2) on away goals.

At Athens:

Pavel Nekhajchik converted a penalty kick in the fifth minute of second-half stoppage time for the series-winning goal as Dynamo Brest, by gaining a 1-1 game-two road draw with Atromitos, won their series with the Greek club 5-4.

At Budapest, Hungary:

Pablo Sarabia scored twice (36', 50') as Sevilla defeated Ujpest 3-1 on the road in game two and ousted the Hungarian club 7-1 on aggregate.

At Poznan, Poland:

After a 1-1 regulation draw in game two that squared the series at 2-2 on aggregate, Christian Gytkjaer completed his hat trick with overtime goals in the 94th and 118th minutes (he also scored in the 15th minute of regulation) as Lech Poznan took out visiting Shakhtyor Soligorsk 4-2 on aggregate.

At Tripoli, Greece:

John McGinn scored in the 44th minute as Hibernian gained a 1-1 game-two road deadlock with Asteras Tripolis and won their series 4-3 on aggregate.

At Maribor, Slovenia:

Luka Zahovic (70') and Marcos Tavares (90'+6) each scored once as NK Maribor blanked visiting Chikhura Sachkhere 2-0 in game two and won their series by that same score on aggregate.

At Odessa, Ukraine (due to warlike conditions in Eastern Ukraine):

After a second 1-1 draw in regulation of game two, thus squaring the series at 2-2 on aggregate, Ruslan Fomin's successful penalty kick produced the overtime winner in the 97th minute as Mariupol' eliminated visiting Djurgarden 3-2 on aggregate.

At Sofia, Bulgaria:

Mijo Caktas scored twice (PK-55', 87') as Hajduk Split defeated Slavia Sofia 3-2 in game two on the road and won their series 4-2 on aggregate.
