MLS: Crew, Philly, Red Bulls, Rapids, SKC, Caps Gain Saturday Wins

Eight games were contested in Major League Soccer on Saturday.

At Columbus, Ohio:

Gyasi Zardes' goal at the death (90'+1) lifted the Columbus Crew to a 1-0 home victory over the Houston Dynamo.

At Foxborough, Massachusetts:

Jack Elliot scored twice (14', 24') while Fafa Picault delivered the game winner in the 76th minute through a successfully-converted penalty kick as the Philadelphia Union knocked off the New England Revolution 3-2 on the road.

At Bridgeview, Illinois:

Bradley Wright-Phillips's goal in the 55th minute carried the New York Red Bulls to a 1-0 road win over the Chicago Fire.

At Commerce City, Colorado:

Nana Boateng scored the winning goal in second-half stoppage time (90'+4) as the Colorado Rapids defeated the visiting San Jose Earthquakes 2-1.

At Sandy, Utah:

Jukka Raitala's equalizer in the 55th minute lifted the Montreal Impact to a 1-1 road draw with Real Salt Lake.

Joao Plata scored at 26 minutes for the hosts.

At Los Angeles:

Gerso Fernandes (17') and Ilie Sanchez (PK-66') each scored twice as Sporting Kansas City blanked the Los Angeles Football Club 2-0 on the road.

At Carson, California:

Michael Boxall (64') and Romario Ibarra (84') each scored once as Minnesota United came back from two one-goal deficits to gain a 2-2 road draw with the Los Angeles Galaxy.

Romain Alessandrini (7') and Sebastian Lletget (73') each scored once for the hosts.

At Portland, Oregon:

In a Cascadia Cup clash, Kei Kamara (14') and Cristian Techera (43') each scored once as the Vancouver Whitecaps snapped the Portland Timbers' franchise record-tying 15-match unbeaten streak 2-1 on the road.
