MLS: NYC FC, DCU, Sounders Gain Sunday Wins

Three hotly contested games were contested on Sunday in Major League Soccer.

At Toronto:

Ismael Tajouri-Shradi scored twice (36', 88') as New York City knocked off Toronto FC 3-2 on the road.

At Washington:

Luciano Acosta produced a hat trick (45'+4, 64', 90'+6) as DC United defeated visiting Orlando City 3-2.

At Seattle:

Nicolas Lodeiro scored the winning goal in the 63rd minute as the Seattle Sounders stretched their unbeaten streak to eight games (winning five matches in a row in the process) as they defeated visiting FC Dallas 2-1.
