2010 FIFA World Cup, Group B: Shutout Wins For South Korea, Argentina

Group B action in the FIFA World Cup commenced Saturday in South Africa.

At Port Elizabeth:

Lee Jung-Soo (7') and Park Ji-Sung (52', that's him celebrating with teammates in the Associated Press photo by Schalk van Zuydam) each tallied once as South Korea defeated Greece 2-0.

At Johannesburg:

Gabriel Heinze scored the game's lone goal (6', captured in this photo for Getty Images by David Cannon) as Argentina defeated Nigeria 1-0 in one of the most lopsided looking one-goal matches to come along in a while.  It was the Argentinians' fifth straight opening-match victory in World Cup play.
