Javier Morales scored the only goal of the match at 79 minutes as Real Salt Lake knocked off the visiting---and previously undefeated---Los Angeles Galaxy 1-0.
At Bridgeview, Illinois:
Conor Casey's late equalizer (90') enabled the Colorado Rapids to gain a 2-2 road stalemate with the Chicago Fire. Omar Cummings scored at 20 minutes to open the scoring for Colorado while Marco Pappa scored both Chicago goals in the first half (23', 45').
