Luis Suarez scored twice (8', 80', that's him celebrating his second goal) as Uruguay defeated South Korea 2-1 in the opening match of the knockout stage of the World Cup on a rainy and soggy Saturday. The Uruguayans have reached the quarterfinal round for the first time in 40 years and will take on the United States-Ghana winner.
